SUMMARY The General Help associate performs a variety of food service duties with a primary focus on food preparation, kitchen support, sanitation, and dishwashing. This role also supports front-of-house service, including operating a cashless point-of-sale system. The associate ensures all food is prepared, presented, and served according to Compass Group standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
