Project Manager, Transformation

The Project Manager, Transformation will lead complex, cross-functional business transformation projects from initiation through close-out, with a focus on enterprise outcomes, business readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. This role is embedded in the Transformation Office and will work directly alongside the Executive Leadership Team to translate enterprise priorities into structured initiatives, support timely decisions, and ensure executive-sponsored work has clear ownership, governance, and momentum. This is a hybrid role based out of our Surrey, BC office, working a combination of days in office and at home.
