-Check baking equipment are in proper running conditions before beginning of shift. -Check stock inventory/ menu planning. -Observe first in first out method when using ingredients. -Observe high standard hygiene and sanitation at the workplace. -Observe area is safe for work before work operations started. -Communicate with bakery managerthe product inventory and breads to be bake for the day. -Ensure quality of products produced are of high quality and preparation follows the food and safety regulations. -Baked products according to recipes and customer orders. -Keep bakery and equipment clean, sanitized and in good working order.
