Senior Woodworking CNC Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Senior Woodworking CNC Operator for our CNC department. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and optimization of our multi-axis CNC routers. You will also implement the workflow, troubleshoot cutting issues, and mentor entry-level operators. As a senior team member, you will bridge the gap between design and production. You will ensure maximum material yield, minimal cycle times, and the highest quality standards for our wood products.
