Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Catering to lead catering sales and planning for a fast-paced hockey and special events venue. This role is responsible for managing a team of up to 25 employees across catering sales and catering planning, while overseeing high-volume, high-profile events. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 team members across catering planning and operations • Provide on-site leadership during events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with client and venue expectations • Maintain a strong working knowledge of venue operations, policies, and procedures • Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Event teams to ensure successful planning and delivery of all events
