DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders Processing orders in the system Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock Consistent training and understanding of current products Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships Handling returns as required Keeping counter and sales area clean Merchandising and showcasing product Other duties as required
