The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads a team responsible for day-to-day Quality Assurance activities within an assigned area. As a working supervisor, the role provides visible plant-floor leadership, sets priorities, ensures effective quality coverage, and supports the timely resolution and escalation of product and process quality concerns. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hands-on capacity within manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and plant-floor environments. Ability and willingness to support assigned manufacturing shifts, work schedules, and facilities in accordance with operational requirements.
