Office Administrative Assistant

Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s) and/or program(s) and/or facility(ies). Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - One (1) year experience in an office environment Education - Office Administration certificate Competencies - Intermediate - Computer skills - Basic - Accounting skills - Intermediate - Keyboarding skills - Organizational skills - Interpersonal skills - Advanced - Communication skills Knowledge and Abilities - Ability to work independently Other Information - Official Description at: //www.working-for-health.ca/supportjobevaluation - Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required - No guaranteed hours.
