The Vice President, Business Operations is a key member of the Brandt Sports & Entertainment (“BSE”) leadership team, responsible for driving the overall business performance, profitability, and growth of the Regina Pats and Regina Red Sox (the “Club(s)”). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), this role provides executive oversight of all business operations departments, including Sponsorship, Ticket Sales, Marketing & Digital Media, Merchandise, Community Engagement, and Game Day & Fan Experience. The Vice President, Business Operations will focus on delivering sustainable revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional fan and community experiences, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the organization.
