Disability Support Professional

Assist participants with activities of daily living and independence. Support the implementation of Person-Centered Plans Assist with planning and delivering meaningful program activities Encourage participation in the community Provide instruction, guidance and support based on individual needs Maintain a clean, organized and safe program environment Provide relief support in other areas of the Agency as required Qualifications/Requirements: Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License First Aid & CPR Certification Ability to communicate effectively in English, including reading and writing Ability to work as part of a team Gravelbourg Bon Ami, Inc. thanks all applicants for their interest.
