Director, Compliance Advisory & Enablement

Reporting to the VP, Compliance, the Director, Compliance Advisory & Enablement enables business units to advance strategic priorities while operating within Beem’s compliance, fraud, privacy, AML/ATF, and regulatory risk expectations. The role acts as a senior enterprise advisor, thought partner, and empowered decisionmaker on behalf of Compliance, Fraud, Privacy, and AML, translating complex obligations into clear, practical guidance that helps leaders find responsible ways to move initiatives forward. Working across the organization, the Director brings a strong understanding of a large credit union operating environment and supports leaders to consider the interconnected impacts of decisions on systems, processes, people, members, and controls.
