Nurse A - Registered Nurse Registered Psych Nurse

The Registered Nurse a is responsible to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing. The Registered Nurse a is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the prince albert parkland health region. As a member of the Nursing Department, the Registered Nurse a has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care. Human Resources Exemption: No Education - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses - Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training - Nursing diploma is acceptable - Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) - Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS) - Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable Other Information - May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives - Hafford is located approximately 68 km east of North Battleford - Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) - Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS - For more information on the town of Hafford please visit https://www.townofhafford.ca/ - Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period.
