Building Services, Level 3

- Grade 12 education, basic computer skills (Word, Outlook and Excel), supplemented with some post-secondary in business or technical/trade training (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) plus 5 years experience in a maintenance and repair environment OR an equivalent combination is required - Self-motivated with the ability to handle stress, while prioritizing workloads and respecting peoples diversity and individual differences - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to participate in a regular, continuous on call program for emergencies, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage - A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment An excellent benefits package including pension and Northern Allowance is offered.
