Reporting to the Executive Director of the EOCF, the Director of Development is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy across Oil Country, primarily for the foundation’s ground-breaking initiative, ‘Every Kid Deserves a Shot’. Since 2023, the foundation has invested $14.7m into partners and programs that support this initiative, reaching over 125,000 kids. This role will develop leading-edge and creative donor prospecting, recognition and stewardship programs that leverage the brand and profile of EOCF and the Oilers!
