Stories of Success “After starting as a Financial Service Representative in late 2021 it was within a year, I quickly rose to being a Shift Lead. I trained diligently with my Branch Manager and Assistant Manager for two more years until my District Manager approached me with the opportunity to move into a BM position at a new cashless location. Over the course of six months, I was able to study and observe several stores in my district for different views and styles of work, and in December 2024 I successfully opened the new branch in Saint John! With the support of several key people from head office and my DM, I am gracious for the opportunities that have been given to me in my three years here with LendDirect.” ~ Conner B., Branch Manager – St. John, NB “My nearly decade-long journey with LendDirect has been an incredible experience filled with growth, opportunity, and development. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in three different provinces, held various positions, which allowed me to adapt to diverse markets, broaden my skill set, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. In 2024, I was honored to take on the role of District Manager! Looking back on the past decade, I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given to grow within the organization. My journey with LendDirect has been defined by continuous learning, embracing challenges, and striving for excellence. I’m excited to build on this foundation and look forward to what the future holds as I continue my career.” ~ Casey B., District Manager – Saskatchewan “In 2015 I joined the company as an Assistant Manager. One year later I was promoted to Branch Manager where I focused on building relationships and developing others in my store to help them get ready for their next position within the company.
