People and Talent Generalist Temporary 16 months

The People & Talent Generalist (PTG) provides day to day HR support for the People and Talent functions of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). PTG works as a collaborative team but with the focus of an assigned client portfolio. Responsibilities include full cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and other HR related support. As the first point of contact for their client group employees and leaders, the PTG addresses inquiries and provides guidance and direct support over a wide range of HR matters.
