Primary Care Paramedics Secondary Instructor

Required pre-requisites: -Completion of an Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) Program from an approved school -A minimum of two years of recent experience as an ACP -Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics (SCoP) -Current provider-level certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) -Understanding of and ability to apply basic principles and practices of adult education to assist learners with the required health care knowledge and skills -Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills including excellent written and presentation skills and an ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with students, instructors, program administrators, employers, other clients and the public -Demonstrates valuing diversity -Establish and maintain relationships with Saskatchewan Polytechnic A complete job description and competencies for this position can be found on the Great Plains College website.
