Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations, this position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, planning, monitoring, assessing and directing the activities of designated line and service employees as well as contract resources in such a manner that operations, maintenance or capital work is carried out in a safe, efficient and expeditious manner. This position is key in the delivery of superior customer service and maintaining positive customer relations.
