Parts Technician

SMS Equipment is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Technician, Journeyperson to provide efficient parts support for internal and external customers. In this role, you will dispense and manage parts inventory, provide accurate parts and pricing information, source alternatives, and support order fulfilment and warehouse activities. Working closely with parts personnel, branch employees, distribution and logistics teams, manufacturers, and customers, you will help resolve inventory issues promptly while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
