The Manager, BBC Business Banking Credit role interfaces closely with Business Banking Centre (“BBC”) management and Business Credit Department management teams. The role will assist with credit and operational risk management within the BBC. Accountable for the quality of credit applications/submissions as prepared by Commercial Analysts, structuring large and complex applications, and assisting with delivering a superior Member experience while driving profitable growth. A key responsibility is to lead a team of Analyst and Senior Analysts, with a mandate to train, develop and coach. (Salary Grade: 17)
