General Help Full Time

Reporting to the Food Service Manager, the employee will be required to work in various positions throughout the unit. The schedule will change as to the business needs. Duties could include counter service, cash handling, customer service stocking. The candidate must be self-driven, understand the importance of closing procedures and time management. This position also needs to understand the importance of customer service, while maintaining standards, for Compass as well as brand, health and internal audits. Due to changes to business volumes all shifts and positions will be subject to change including hours of work, paid hours, duties and responsibilities.
