Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Division Manager for our South Western Ontario locations working out of Stoney Creek.  The Division Manager oversees all operational, financial, and human resource aspects within the assigned branches to drive sales growth, profitability, and market share. This role leads workforce development, manages budgets and assets, ensures compliance with safety and training standards, and fosters strong customer and supplier relationships. The Division Manager demonstrates strategic leadership, effective communication, and accountability to achieve long-term success for the company, employees, and customers.
