Payroll Specialist - Remote (Ontario)

Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of payroll across Sentrex's multiple legal entities throughout Canada. This role performs day-to-day payroll administration, payroll data maintenance, payroll reporting, and employee support while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, company policies, and payroll procedures. The Payroll Specialist works closely with the Payroll Supervisor, People & Culture, Finance, and employees to ensure payroll transactions are processed accurately, records are maintained appropriately, and payroll inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
