As the Lead Facilitator for YMCA’s Neurodiverse Youth Programs, you will help create inclusive, engaging, and supportive experiences where neurodiverse youth can build confidence, develop meaningful connections, and strengthen skills that support their individual goals. You will take a lead role in delivering programming, supporting participants and families, and helping create an environment where every young person feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to thrive.
