Service Coordinator (Independent Living)

The Service Coordinator takes a macro view of the Independent Living (IL) program in two main areas; service and housing. The Service Coordinator identifies, plans and implements learning opportunities, activities and events that respond to the wishes and needs of the individuals supported by the program. They facilitate meaningful and enriching activities that focus primarily on building skills for independence and supporting social connections and belonging in the community. The Service Coordinator helps to support and maintain the partnerships with Housing Providers.
