Nurse A - Primary Health Care

Under the direction of the Primary Health Care Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to Primary Health Care clients within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required Education - Graduate from an approved School of Nursing Knowledge and Abilities - Current clinical knowledge and skill are required in a broad range of areas. - Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement. - Ability to initiate and exercise critical thinking and decision-making - Demonstrated independent nursing judgment in a community-based environment - Demonstrates effective relationships with staff, patients/clients, and families - Knowledge in nursing process - Demonstrate communication skills to create positive outcomes/build relationships Other Information - Utilization of electronic medical records is an asset - Community nursing experience is an asset About US The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment.
