As a member of the leadership team, the Manager provides organizational leadership for Yukon Hospitals’ relationships with Yukon First Nations governments, Indigenous organizations, and key health system partners. The position is responsible for establishing and implementing corporate frameworks, standards, policies, and practices that support culturally safe care, meaningful engagement, and collaborative partnerships across Yukon Hospitals. The Manager exercises independent judgement and decision-making authority within established organizational priorities and provides strategic advice to executive leadership regarding partnership development, Indigenous engagement, cultural safety, organizational change, and associated risks.
