Vice President, Property Management

Reporting to the Managing Director, Residential Services, the Vice President, Property Management provides strategic and operational leadership across BGO’s residential property management platform. The role is responsible for driving financial and operational performance, resident experience, and key initiatives in support of client and company objectives. The Vice President provides leadership and guidance to residential teams to ensure service standards are maintained and established programs, policies, and operating practices are consistently executed.
