The Manager, Accounting Services is responsible for the integrity and effectiveness of accounting operations across YHC. The position oversees financial reporting, accounting processes, cash management and internal controls and is accountable for ensuring financial information is accurate, timely and complaint with applicable accounting standards, legislation, regulations and organizational requirements. Errors, ineffective controls or non-compliance may result in inaccurate financial reporting, financial loss, audit findings, regulatory or funding concerns, and reduced ability to effectively manage organizational resources.
