Reporting into Corporate Treasury, the Treasury Analyst supports the group's capital structure, project and portfolio financing, and lender analysis across Rohit's homebuilding, land development, income-producing, commercial, and infrastructure platforms. This is a finance role rather than an operations role: the work is weighted toward financial modelling, structuring analysis, forecast integrity, and the commercial case brought to lenders and to Finance Leadership, with day-to-day cash and banking execution sitting elsewhere in the team.
