Capture Director / Business Development

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development, the Capture Director will lead a high-performing, cross-functional campaign team to secure tier-one, complex defence programs. This senior leadership position will own the full end-to-end capture lifecycle, from initial market shaping and customer engagement through final solution architecture, pricing and contract award. Acting as a primary interface to senior government, military and industry stakeholder, the Capture Director will develop win themes, navigate complex military defence procurement frameworks and deliver technically compliant, highly competitive bids. The assignments for this position are typically of high value, complexity and/or criticality.
