How you will make an impact at Carrera Cafe: As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty coffee, espresso beverages, and food items while delivering exceptional customer service. You will welcome customers, recommend menu items based on their preferences, prepare beverages according to established recipes and quality standards, and help maintain a clean, organized cafe environment. You will also monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with managing cafe stock and rotation to ensure smooth daily operations. In addition to cafe operations, you will support a variety of on-site events, from corporate meetings and private functions to galas, assisting with event setup, food and beverage service, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
