Reporting to the Manager, Roads, the Supervisor, Roads (Temporary) will form part of a team of three (3) Roads Supervisors who are responsible for providing daily leadership, scheduling, coordination, and oversight of unionized frontline staff delivering road maintenance and operational services for the Township. The Supervisor ensures all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Township policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable provincial legislation including the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM), Minimum Maintenance Standards (MMS), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), Highway Traffic Act (HTA), and relevant regulations.
