Join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist, People & Culture! In this role, you’ll collaborate with our Learning and Organizational Effectiveness team to source appropriate solutions that build capabilities/competencies, support business needs and advance our strategic ambition. You will enable the creation, delivery, and sustainment of our learning offerings and leadership development program including assessments, development, design, facilitation, execution communications, operations, and logistics. This position is based in our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta, and is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity through December 2027.
