This is a hands-on role for someone who can develop the strategy and personally execute it, from understanding the talent market and creating targeted attraction campaigns to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Combining strategy, creativity, technology, AI, and data, this role will support NQX’s growth while helping build a modern, high-performing, and fully self-sufficient Talent Acquisition function within our Human Resources team.
