Hospitality Aide

The Hospitality Aide is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives, and staff members. As the first friendly face our guests encounter, Guest Service Ambassadors are often stationed in public spaces and reception desks/lobbies. From directing guests to their meetings to providing ongoing assistance; they ensure a comfortable and professional visit. This role is expected to be on-site five days a week.
