Continuing Care Assistant - FEMALE

Personal Care: Complete daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, changing, and mobility support. Mobility Support: Be able to transfer from wheelchair to bed or bath with ceiling track (TLR training required) Medication Management: Administer and monitor medications as prescribed. Community Engagement: Encourage and facilitate participation in community activities and events. Activity Planning: Organize and engage in recreational and therapeutic activities that align with her interests. Emotional Support: Provide companionship, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Household Assistance: Perform housekeeping tasks dusting, vacuuming, mopping, some meals prep, laundry of female Qualifications Applicant must be FEMALE (due to personal care needs). Certifications: Proof of current CPR and TLR (Transfer, Lifting, Repositioning) certifications
