Finding the right finance leader for a stadium is about more than producing accurate financial statements. It's about finding someone who can thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven business where concert nights can run late, operational decisions happen in real time, and leadership teams rely on financial insight to drive strategy. This role is ideal for a senior finance leader who loves getting into the details, building strong teams, and turning complex financial information into a clear business story. The successful candidate is a strong accounting professional first and foremost. They bring deep technical expertise, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate financial results into meaningful business insights. Experience managing capital assets, contract reviews, lease accounting, and financial implications of commercial agreements.
