Admin Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is accountable to provide confidential administrative support to the Directors they are assigned to. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of confidential administrative support functions for Directors. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, withallmembers of theadministrativeteamto assist in accomplishing theSaskatchewan Health Authoritysobjectives. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience - "3-5 years of experience working in a senior administrative assistant-type role " Education - Completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a recognized business course - or equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies - Organizational skills - Interpersonal skills - Planning skills Knowledge and Abilities - Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access). - Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated approaches to problem solving w/strong decision-making capability - Commitment to a diverse, culturally competent, culturally safe work environment - Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety - Excellent proficiency in editing material for clarity, accuracy and conciseness - Have high degree of initiative, ingen...
