Delivery Planning Team Lead

Delivery Planning Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day performance of the Delivery Planning team, ensuring delivery routes, capacity, workflow, and resources are coordinated to support reliable execution and a strong guest experience. In this role, the Lead coaches and develops team members, monitors planning performance, resolves operational issues, and strengthens consistent application of routing standards and processes. The Lead also collaborates with the Manager, Fleet Capacity & Compliance and cross-functional partners to improve planning processes, systems, reporting, and departmental effectiveness.
