Manager, Operational Excellence

The Manager, Operational Excellence is responsible for leading the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of operational processes, programs, and onboarding initiatives that support Meridian OneCap's strategic objectives. As a member of the Operations Leadership team, the role ensures operational readiness for new products, programs, partnerships, and business initiatives while driving efficiency, scalability, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. The incumbent leads a team focused on enterprise process excellence, program implementation, and operational effectiveness across the organization.
