As the Member Service Representative (12-Month Contract), you ensure every member feels supported, informed, and heard. Your ability to deliver accurate information, solve problems, and provide compassionate service directly impacts the member experience and strengthens the trust our clients place in us. We are growing our team across Canada! Our priority is to welcome Calgary-based candidates into a hybrid role working out of our Calgary office. That said, great talent is not limited by location.
