Dietitian Degree

Reporting to the Manager, the Dietitian is responsible for managing the nutrition care of patients living with diabetes, including nutritional assessment, development and implementation of nutritional care plans, nutrition counseling, evaluation of care outcomes and arrangement for follow up care as required. The Dietitian acts as a nutrition consultant amongst an interdisciplinary care team.
