Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our P&H Milling team. This role is responsible for leading and coaching the site management team to achieve operational excellence, optimize productivity and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality/Food Safety standards while leveraging their flour industry expertise to build strong relationships with employees and customers
