Reporting to the General Manager, Inclusion Services for Children with a dotted line to the Case Manager, Child Care Inclusion Services, the Inclusion Support Facilitator provides support to the Child Care, Day Camp and Community Outreach department through program resource visits, developing individual plans, resource creation, and supporting with professional learning as needed. In this role, the Facilitator works collaboratively with Case Managers to remove barriers to inclusion and support quality where children feel connected, a sense of belonging, well-being, expression and engagement. The Facilitator will receive guidance and limited direction on assigned tasks from the Case Manager, as required.
