• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues from first report to root cause, and escalate early when a fix crosses team boundaries.
• Help keep our platforms reliable and cost-efficient as usage grows.
• Write runbooks and documentation that help on-call engineers, AI Agents and other teams solve problems on their own..
• Make task-level implementation decisions, escalate ambiguity early, and incorporate feedback to improve EngOps execution.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• A solid understanding of core DevOps tools, systems, and practices, coupled with the initiative to ship consistent, high-quality work.
• The ability to execute tasks independently while managing time and priorities effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and AWS services such as ECS, IAM and networking.
• Working experience with observability in production: metrics, logs, tracing and alerting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to build trust with the team and influence positive outcomes.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work.
• An awareness of security and privacy, system design, and strategic thinking within an operations environment.

Nice to Have:
