The Locomotive Engineer plays a critical role in Blue Water Rail Services’ daily operation and in providing trusted and superior rail services to its customer. The locomotive engineer performs their duties in a team environment, often problem solving, and strategizing in a psychologically safe manner. The locomotive engineer works with their conductor in executing safe and efficient transportation activities within the BWRS contracted terminals.
