Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor

Support and maintain HSE programs and regulatory compliance. Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations. Provide safety coaching, orientations, toolbox talks, and training. Participate in incident investigations and corrective action tracking. Maintain safety documentation, audits, permits, and reports. Work with clients, contractors, and workers to promote a strong safety culture. Education & Post-secondary education or training in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Construction, or a related field. 3-5+ years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, or energy sectors. NCSO, CRSP, CHSC, or equivalent certification. Valid First Aid/CPR and applicable site safety certifications. Skills &
