Permanent Position – Hybrid The Supervisor, Proposals is responsible for delivering high-quality, strategic proposals, pitches and presentations that support the Firm’s client and growth objectives. Working closely with lawyers and Business Development professionals, the role provides strategic and hands-on support throughout the proposal process, from initial assessment, response planning, pricing strategy through drafting, production and final delivery. The Supervisor ensures proposal materials are compelling, client-focused, accurate, consistent with the Firm’s brand and responsive to client requirements. The role identifies opportunities to improve proposal processes, resources and efficiencies across the firm. The supervisor oversees one direct report.
