This role leads the team responsible for education programs that support certification and professional development across Alberta's safety codes system. Reporting to the AVP, Certification & Education, you'll provide leadership to a team of education professionals, ensuring education remains aligned with learner needs, certification requirements, and organizational priorities. Drawing on your expertise, you'll help shape education strategy, support sound decisions, and create the conditions for the team to deliver meaningful learning experiences. Success in this role comes from combining educational expertise with people-focused leadership, enabling others to do their best work while continuously improving education as a service.
